How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to the US is free on orders of $50+. Standard shipping for orders under $50 is reasonably priced at $8.00 and will be reflected at checkout. With some promotions, a $2.99 handling fee may be applied. International shipping information is below.

How fast is your shipping?
Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase from our sunny Los Angeles warehouse, pending availability. Rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order from our door to yours as quickly as possible. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2-7 business days of its ship date.

Please understand that we’re a small team, so we don't ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays. 

Can I change/cancel my order after it has been placed?

It’s our goal to ensure your order gets to you as soon as possible. Therefore, once your order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that adjustments can be made. Please double-check your order summary and shipping details before submitting your purchase to help avoid any inconveniences.

 

International Shipping

Where else do you ship?
Currently we ship to Canada, Mexico, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and India.

Please note that all orders are shipped from Los Angeles, so it can take up to two weeks to reach our international friends.

How much is international shipping?
We offer free shipping on international orders $80 USD+. Orders under $80 are charged a reasonable fee of $10 USD for shipping. With some promotions, a $10 handling fee may be applied.

Will I incur duties/fees upon delivery?
Yes, it's very possible that you'll be charged duties and fees upon acceptance of your order. We are not liable for these and unfortunately cannot help handle them. We are also unable to cancel your order or issue a refund once it has left our facility.

Clean Slate sweeps away impurities without stripping, prepping your skin to absorb every bit of goodness that follows. Glow Getter infuses skin with a potent, stable form of vitamin C plus antioxidants to boost radiance and fight early signs of aging. Mega Multitasker locks in lasting hydration while defending against stress, blue light, and environmental pollutants.

The result? Skin that feels fresh, looks lit-from-within, and stays protected all day long. Think of it as your skin’s daily insurance policy, with a glow bonus.

Includes:

  • Clean Slate Barrier Boosting Cleanser This extra-gentle, rich & creamy cleanser uses tropical fruit enzymes and an advanced postbiotic to remove dead skin, unclog pores and leave skin brighter and softer.
    For use both day and night. Gently massage a generous amount onto damp or dry skin. Thoroughly rinse clean with lukewarm water.
  • Glow Getter Radiant C Serum This skin brightening serum with vitamin C gets you up and glowing in the AM. But not all vitamin C serums are the same. Glow Getter utilizes tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate which is a more effective, more stable and less irritating form of vitamin C. Squalane and hyaluronic acid deeply hydrate while ferulic acid and myrrh fight pesky signs of aging by reducing fine lines and dark spots. Vitamin E protects skin against environmental damage. Brightness turned all the way up.
    Apply 1-2 pumps to clean, dry skin.
  • Mega Multitasker All-day Moisturizer This lightweight, non-greasy, non comedogenic moisturizer delivers all-day hydration and antioxidants while protecting against environmental stressors.
    Liberally apply each morning to a cleansed face. Follow with SPF.

All products are generally considered pregnancy safe except for Midnight Magic PM Serum and Retinol Reinvented (which contain retinol)/ Please consult your doctor if you have any concerns about use.

We recommend that you start with the lightest-weight product (i.e. serums) and then work to the thickest/heaviest (i.e. creams).

All Onekind skincare products are ethically manufactured in North America.

Even if a product contains an ingredient that appears to be derived from gluten, what is extracted from these ingredients does not contain gluten or related allergens. However, if this is a concern, please conduct a patch test or consult a doctor before use.
