How fast is your shipping?
Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase from our sunny Los Angeles warehouse, pending availability. Rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order from our door to yours as quickly as possible. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 14 business days of its ship date.

Please understand that we’re a small team, so we don't ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays. 


How much is international shipping?
We offer free shipping on international orders $80 USD+. Orders under $80 are charged a reasonable fee of $10.99 USD for shipping and handling. With some promotions, a $5 handling fee may be applied.

I’m obsessed!!

I’m really not sure how there’s so many negative reviews. I have tried so many eye creams and this one has been my favorite. I was shocked that within 30 seconds I felt my puffiness and bags reduce and my under eyes look brighter! I love how thick the consistency is and I literally can’t smell it so not sure what people mean that it stinks. Definitely give this a chance!!!

Very impressive

I have used so many eye creams over many years. This cream has exceeded my expectations. On mornings when I have not slept well, my eyes are very puffy. This cream eliminates that and more. I am seeing a big improvement in wrinkles also. So happy with the results!

This product is a regular in my skin care routine. I think it helps my 56 year old eyes stay looking fresh and moisturized. It’s pretty thick, so before I pat it under my eyes I use my index fingers to warm it up.

Okay, firstly, I just came to review this (because it's absolutely amazing), and I'm so surprised to see people bothered by the texture. I love how rich it is! It's a balm... not a cream. It applies just fine if you rub between your fingers and dab it on instead of smearing, like they say to do.

Anyway... this product surprised me! My eyes looked brighter literally within a minute or two. 😱 I'd already been using Pep Squad in the mornings because it's a bit more light-weight, and I didn't think I needed anything more, but then bam! This one is amazing. After a couple months use, I can officially say that I have seen a decrease in the fine lines around my eyes and the under eye area is brighter. I love it and am recommending it to so many of my friends now! Will definitely be ordering more
