Shipping & Returns

What’s your return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Onekind purchase. If something doesn’t work out for you, no sweat. We’ll take it back, and get you refunded, so you can try something new with complete peace of mind.

How can I start a return?
Something didn’t work out? Just email us at hello@onekind.us with your name and order number, and we’ll get a free return label to you.

Orders

Can I change/cancel my order?
We try to ship orders to you as quickly as possible, so once an order is placed, we can’t guarantee that it can be changed. However, you can email us at hello@onekind.us and we’ll do our best.

How long before my order ships?
We typically ship orders within 1-2 days, as long as all items are in stock. Please note, we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

What forms of payment do you take?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay.

How much does shipping cost?
We ship free to anywhere in the U.S.
We offer free shipping to Canada on orders $80 USD ($107 CAD) + or $14 USD ($19 CAD) shipping on orders under $80 USD ($107 CAD).

Where do you ship?
We love to travel, but we are currently only able to ship to the U.S. and Canada.

Do you test on animals?
Good question—no, we don’t! We have a Onekind office pup named Bowie, and we wouldn’t dream of testing on her or any other furry friends.

Where is Onekind manufactured?
All Onekind products are produced in the U.S. We are based in sunny Los Angeles and do all manufacturing locally.

Where can I try Onekind in person?
We totally get it if you want to try Onekind in person first. You can find us in all Heyday locations. Find a shop to visit here.
