Shipping & Returns

We ship free to anywhere in the U.S on orders of $50+. $5.99 standard flat-rate shipping is available on orders under $50. With some promotions, a $5 handling fee may be applied.

For International Shipping, we offer free shipping on orders $80 USD+. Orders under $80 are charged $10 USD for shipping. With some promotions, a $10 handling fee may be applied.*
*Note that duty fees may apply on delivery for all international orders and we are not liable for them.

We currently ship to the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and India.

Most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase from our Chicago, IL warehouse, pending availability. Rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order from our door to yours as quickly as possible.

Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2-7 business days of its ship date.

Please note that we don't ship on U.S. holidays.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Onekind purchase. If something doesn’t work out for you, no sweat. Just let us know within 30 days of the purchase date and we’ll be happy to take back any unused or partially used product, so you can try something new or get a full refund with complete peace of mind. Orders

We try to ship orders to you as quickly as possible, so once an order is placed, we can’t guarantee that it can be changed. However, you can email us at hello@onekind.us or start a live chat with us and we’ll do our best.

We typically ship orders within 24 hours of purchase, as long as all items are in stock. Please note, we do not ship on US holidays.

We can add a promo code to your order within 2 hours of placing it, but beyond that, it’s out of our hands and your order will be shipped as is.

Unfortunately, we can not retroactively apply any promotions or sales on an order that has already been placed.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Venmo, and Shop Pay.

Subscriptions

You are able to skip a shipment or cancel your subscription by logging into your account and going to "My Subscriptions." If you need help, just ask. :)

For sure! You are able to add or remove items yourself in the subscription section in our customer portal. If you need assistance, just ask!

Rewards

From the moment you place an order with us, you automatically start earning rewards! ✨ Go to Community > Shop & Earn Rewards (or click here) to start redeeming points for discount codes.

Yes! Just log into your account and go to the Manage Subscriptions section. From there, you'll see a section where you can redeem points for your upcoming subscription.

Rewards can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. Log into your rewards account to check your current points and ability to redeem for rewards. If you have enough points for a reward, it will give you the option to turn your points into the reward there.

Good question—no, we don’t! We have a Onekind office pup named Bowie, and we wouldn’t dream of testing on her or any other furry friends.

All Onekind products are produced in North America. We are based in sunny Los Angeles. ☀️

We totally get it if you want to try Onekind in person first. Many of our products are available at Heyday locations in New York, Philadelphia and Los Angeles. Our products are also available at Lemon Laine in Houston and Nashville. Please call ahead to make sure the product is available.
