Yes — Youthdrops is formulated to be gentle enough for nightly use. That said, if you're new to acid exfoliants, we recommend starting with every other night and building up based on how your skin responds. Most people find that 3–5 nights per week delivers visible results without over-exfoliating.

We recommend not using both on the same night, especially for sensitive skin. Use Youthdrops on nights when you're not using retinol, and give your skin time to adjust before layering them. If you're using our Radical Repair® Retinol Reinvented Serum, alternating nights works well for most skin types.

Both are alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs) that exfoliate by loosening the bonds between dead skin cells — but they work differently.
