How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to the US is free on orders of $50+. Standard shipping for orders under $50 is reasonably priced at $8.00 and will be reflected at checkout. With some promotions, a $2.99 handling fee may be applied. International shipping information is below.

How fast is your shipping?
Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase from our sunny Los Angeles warehouse, pending availability. Rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order from our door to yours as quickly as possible. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2-7 business days of its ship date.

Please understand that we’re a small team, so we don't ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays. 

Can I change/cancel my order after it has been placed?

It’s our goal to ensure your order gets to you as soon as possible. Therefore, once your order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that adjustments can be made. Please double-check your order summary and shipping details before submitting your purchase to help avoid any inconveniences.

Currently we ship to Canada, Mexico, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and India.

Please note that all orders are shipped from Los Angeles, so it can take up to two weeks to reach our international friends.

How much is international shipping?
We offer free shipping on international orders $80 USD+. Orders under $80 are charged a reasonable fee of $10 USD for shipping. With some promotions, a $10 handling fee may be applied.

Will I incur duties/fees upon delivery?
Yes, it's very possible that you'll be charged duties and fees upon acceptance of your order. We are not liable for these and unfortunately cannot help handle them. We are also unable to cancel your order or issue a refund once it has left our facility.

Better than expected

I have tried so many eye products and none of them have lived up to expectations. This product is a little different. I don't have dark circles or lines but do have slightly pouchy saggy skin under my eyes. The Pep Squad Complex has moisturized, smoothed and firmed my under eye area. A little goes a long way and I was able to notice a difference in about 1 week of use. I'm sure there will be further improvement with continued use.

I tried onekind Pep Squad for my puffy eyelids. The puffiness was somewhat reduced for one day but now I have dozens of fine wrinkles that weren't there before.

WOW. I have (very expensive) eye serums that I layer with eye creams, and with mixed emotions (!), I am excited to report that Pep Squad is unbelievable and performs better than both of them. I could tell the difference after one day of use. I did layer it with a ceramide eye cream that I already have, but I don't to. It absorbed very quickly, it's not greasy, and my dark circles are markedly lighter. A very small amount goes a long way. I have early crows feet when I smile, and I can see more plumpness in those areas. I LOVE this eye serum. It's a new go-to.
