How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to the US is free on orders of $50+. Standard shipping for orders under $50 is reasonably priced at $8.00 and will be reflected at checkout. With some promotions, a $2.99 handling fee may be applied. International shipping information is below.

How fast is your shipping?
Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase from our sunny Los Angeles warehouse, pending availability. Rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order from our door to yours as quickly as possible. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2-7 business days of its ship date.

Please understand that we’re a small team, so we don't ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays. 

Can I change/cancel my order after it has been placed?

It’s our goal to ensure your order gets to you as soon as possible. Therefore, once your order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that adjustments can be made. Please double-check your order summary and shipping details before submitting your purchase to help avoid any inconveniences.

Where else do you ship?
Currently we ship to Canada, Mexico, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and India.

Please note that all orders are shipped from Los Angeles, so it can take up to two weeks to reach our international friends.

How much is international shipping?
We offer free shipping on international orders $80 USD+. Orders under $80 are charged a reasonable fee of $10 USD for shipping. With some promotions, a $10 handling fee may be applied.

Will I incur duties/fees upon delivery?
Yes, it's very possible that you'll be charged duties and fees upon acceptance of your order. We are not liable for these and unfortunately cannot help handle them. We are also unable to cancel your order or issue a refund once it has left our facility.

Bone Flower is an opulent and complex floral composition. With enticing tuberose and jasmine and sophisticated Turkish rose at the heart of this sensory bouquet, the addition of sandalwood, patchouli and pink peppercorn give a modern, rich complexity without being powdery or overwhelming.

"Bone Flower is the Aztec name for the fragrant and enticing tuberose, native to Mexico and was made popular in Europe in the 1500s. Tuberose is one of the most opulent essences in luxury perfumery, and it’s one that you can never forget. I immediately fell in love with tuberose the first time I smelled it. I was 15 years old and discovered the 1948 scent Fracas by Robert Piguet. To this day, tuberose is one of my favorite ingredients and Bone Flower was an exciting challenge to craft something modern and unique with tuberose at its heart."

Perfume oil is highly concentrated, so you don't need to use a lot with each use. A 15ml bottle will likely last you a year or so.

Eau De Parfum has an alcohol base and sprays on, while Perfume Oil is a roll-on with a natural oil base. Eau De Parfum allows the scent to project more away from the body, while Perfume Oil has a more highly concentrated fragrance that stays more intimate and close to the body.

All products are generally considered pregnancy safe except for Midnight Magic PM Serum (which contains retinol.) Please consult a doctor.

We recommend that you start with the lightest-weight product (i.e. serums) and then work to the thickest/heaviest (i.e. creams).

All Onekind skincare products are ethically manufactured in North America.
