How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to the US is free on orders of $50+. Standard shipping for orders under $50 is reasonably priced at $8.00 and will be reflected at checkout. With some promotions, a $2.99 handling fee may be applied. International shipping information is below.

How fast is your shipping?
Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase from our sunny Los Angeles warehouse, pending availability. Rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order from our door to yours as quickly as possible. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2-7 business days of its ship date.

Please understand that we’re a small team, so we don't ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays. 

Can I change/cancel my order after it has been placed?

It’s our goal to ensure your order gets to you as soon as possible. Therefore, once your order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that adjustments can be made. Please double-check your order summary and shipping details before submitting your purchase to help avoid any inconveniences.

Where else do you ship?
Currently we ship to Canada, Mexico, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and India.

Please note that all orders are shipped from Los Angeles, so it can take up to two weeks to reach our international friends.

How much is international shipping?
We offer free shipping on international orders $80 USD+. Orders under $80 are charged a reasonable fee of $10 USD for shipping. With some promotions, a $10 handling fee may be applied.

Will I incur duties/fees upon delivery?
Yes, it's very possible that you'll be charged duties and fees upon acceptance of your order. We are not liable for these and unfortunately cannot help handle them. We are also unable to cancel your order or issue a refund once it has left our facility.

Gentle and powerful, with immediate results

I tried this duo primarily because the ingredients are clean and I was tired of my now-former vitamin C serum turned my skin so red that it lasted all day. I wanted to try a different type of vitamin C, but I was worried about effectiveness. All of that has gone out the window with OneKind! I have gotten compliments on my skin in the 2 weeks I’ve been using it, and I definitely see the difference: no redness, much brighter and bouncier skin, and my fine lines even look better. The moisturizer is hydrating without being heavy, which surprised me. I am hooked! I did find that my regular face oil pills with this combo, but I switched to a different oil I have, and that was the icing on top. I do use a hyaluronic acid serum after the vitamin C serum, and no problem there either. I am so impressed with everything I have bought from OneKind and can’t wait to keep exploring.

Loved one, didn't like the other

I LOOOOVE the vitamin C serum. It doesn't irritate my skin and smells amazing like a spa. Didn't love the scent of the day moisturizer tho, very noticeable ginger scent. It does a decent job moisturizing but I prefer Dream Cream over it due to the scent. Eventually the scent goes away and the vit c serum scent lingers. Will return and just only get the vit c serum.

Been a fan of this set for several years

I love this set. It has simplified my daily skin care routine and made such a wonderful improvement to my skin. The serum absorbs into my skin easily and with no greasy feeling. Same for the moisturizer -- I love this moisturizer! It is so soft and clean. Just a very small amount and my skin is covered. I actually look forward to massaging it into my skin every morning.

My skin feels smooth!

I am delighted with the way my skin feels. I am 62 and noticed some dryness in my skin, especially when applying foundation. Now, I can hardly see that I am wearing it. Also, one dark spot on my left eyelid that looked like I was wearing a permanent shadow is fading! I am so delighted. I know it will take me time to get rid of fine lines, but that's ok with me. We recommend that you start with the lightest-weight product (i.e. serums) and then work to the thickest/heaviest (i.e. creams).
