How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to the US is free on orders of $50+. Standard shipping for orders under $50 is reasonably priced at $8.00 and will be reflected at checkout. With some promotions, a $2.99 handling fee may be applied. International shipping information is below.

How fast is your shipping?
Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase from our sunny Los Angeles warehouse, pending availability. Rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order from our door to yours as quickly as possible. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2-7 business days of its ship date.

Please understand that we’re a small team, so we don't ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays. 

Can I change/cancel my order after it has been placed?

It’s our goal to ensure your order gets to you as soon as possible. Therefore, once your order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that adjustments can be made. Please double-check your order summary and shipping details before submitting your purchase to help avoid any inconveniences.

Currently we ship to Canada, Mexico, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and India.

Please note that all orders are shipped from Los Angeles, so it can take up to two weeks to reach our international friends.

How much is international shipping?
We offer free shipping on international orders $80 USD+. Orders under $80 are charged a reasonable fee of $10 USD for shipping. With some promotions, a $10 handling fee may be applied.

Will I incur duties/fees upon delivery?
Yes, it's very possible that you'll be charged duties and fees upon acceptance of your order. We are not liable for these and unfortunately cannot help handle them. We are also unable to cancel your order or issue a refund once it has left our facility.

Love it after first try

I just tried this pro-mask for the first time, and I love it! I actually ran my finger over my skin before I used it and felt a bunch of small bumps across my forehead and around my nose.

At first, when I put it on, I wasn't sure if I did it right, because it just goes on so smoothly and is pretty light-weight. But then, 10 minutes later, when I rinsed it off, my skin was like new! I ran my finger over those same spots and the bumps are completely gone and smooth!!! Literally a transformation in just 10 mins. Love it, and will definitely purchase again when I run out.

I just reread the descriptor for this product as I was preparing to write my review. There is nothing I can add other than: everything it says it will do has worked for me! No hype, just results. My skin is smoother and has a peachy, more even hue. My girlfriend hadn't seen me for a month and asked me what I was doing differently. I love this stuff! It definitely delivers the results stated.

I am not a frequent user of this product. I use it about once week, but it seems to make my skin so soft. Not sure if it is all the other fantastic products that I use from Onekind. I do love all of these products.

Like baby skin in the morning

I have sensitive combo skin that I've finally gotten a handle on in my 40s. I'm very wary about introducing new products. After trying out Dream Cream and loving it, I thought this would be a safe bet. And you know what? It was. My skin didn't experience any redness or negative effects. The next morning revealed soft, even, smooth skin.

Nice face mask

I started using this face mask once a week and have increased to twice a week. My skin does feel smoother immediately after using it. I do notice some tightness after using it, but haven't experienced any dryness or irritation. It's hard to say if I notice any long-term changes yet. In general I have noticed a difference in my skin by using a chemical exfoliator like this and retinol (not together), so I would consider keeping this one in my routine.
