How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to the US is free on orders of $50+. Standard shipping for orders under $50 is reasonably priced at $8.00 and will be reflected at checkout. With some promotions, a $2.99 handling fee may be applied. International shipping information is below.

How fast is your shipping?
Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase from our sunny Los Angeles warehouse, pending availability. Rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order from our door to yours as quickly as possible. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2-7 business days of its ship date.

Please understand that we’re a small team, so we don't ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays. 

Can I change/cancel my order after it has been placed?

It’s our goal to ensure your order gets to you as soon as possible. Therefore, once your order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that adjustments can be made. Please double-check your order summary and shipping details before submitting your purchase to help avoid any inconveniences.

Where else do you ship?
Currently we ship to Canada, Mexico, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and India.

Please note that all orders are shipped from Los Angeles, so it can take up to two weeks to reach our international friends.

How much is international shipping?
We offer free shipping on international orders $80 USD+. Orders under $80 are charged a reasonable fee of $10 USD for shipping. With some promotions, a $10 handling fee may be applied.

Will I incur duties/fees upon delivery?
Yes, it's very possible that you'll be charged duties and fees upon acceptance of your order. We are not liable for these and unfortunately cannot help handle them. We are also unable to cancel your order or issue a refund once it has left our facility.

PS and smokey goodness

This is amazing. The wood smoke scent adds a nice touch. I’m a woman and I bought for me, not my husband. Palo Santo is my go to scent. It’s hard to beat the real PS scent. I’ll be back.

Hands down my favorite go to cologne

I cannot say enough good things about this scent. It is as close to the real thing as it gets. It has this very masculine, smoky, yet sweet scent that stays on you all day. I cannot recommend enough.

I have been using Tom Ford Noir for a while and I really like it, over other colognes. I saw this cologne in the Details Magazine, never heard of the Motley, but now this is the second time I shop here. Just as described, Smokey and summery. The Ladies totally love it!
